Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

This position will provide Change and Incident Coordinator & Management support for CCIBT Platform Management organization, including root cause analysis and preventative actions reviews. The work includes hands on operations work and liaison with our existing partners who support over 200 applications. There will also be the need to perform detailed drill down analyses of problems and help come up with resolutions. Ability to pull data from various data bases to assist in such analyses will be necessary. Will assist in providing Release management and BCP support for our partners.



Required Qualifications
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 5 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management)
  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience


  • Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ year of account or project management experience
  • 1+ year of testing or quality assurance experience
  • MS SQL server experience
  • PAC2000 experience
  • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Tableau experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
