The Systems Reliability Engineering (SRE) team acts as our customer s champion and provides top level customer support. The team supports our systems in the field and provides an enriched and successful product experience.
This is a full time summer internship starting in May 2019.
Assist support engineers with technical cases. This will include working closely with a support engineer to follow up with customers, search for documentation and troubleshoot customers technical issues.
Assist SREs with recreates and lab set-up. Specific tasks will be assigned by senior SREs.
Validate, review knowledge base articles. This would be done under direction of mentor.
Create/review internal documentation. This can include new hire documents, training documents and creating problem determination documents, which would be used by new hires as they start taking cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
The passion & ability to learn new things, while never being satisfied with the status quo.
Willingness to work in a fast growing company with huge potential.
Qualifications and Experience: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, specializing in engineering or similar
