Mulberry Company is looking for an assistant buyer to support the US buying & merchandising team in all areas of managing a growing domestic business.
The Assistant Buyer is a key position in the Buying & Merchandising team who will work closely with the buyer to achieve optimal store inventory levels while maximizing sales and bottom line results. The position requires an ability to apply analytical and reporting skills to make decisions on product flow and distribution throughout multiple store formats.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Bachelors Degree in Fashion, Business or a related discipline is required
? 1 -2 years prior buying/merchandising experience required
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, team player and ability to prioritize
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? High-level analytical skill
? Proficient with the following programs: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
? Ability to travel
