This person will provide assistance to staff in the Student Success Center. Duties will include, answering phone, covering front reception desk, filing, mail, some computer (MS Word, Excel), Assist with Registration preparation, and other duties as assigned.
Answer Phones, pick-up and deliver mail, assist with signage, duplicating, and various other office functions, front desk coverage when not staffed by staff member, and other duties that arise.
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Quick learner, Computer skills (Microsoft Office), Ability to walk, stoop bend, and lift, Help create registration signage, Distribution of signage and take down of signs, Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff and co-workers, Assists with telephone and face to face information for students, Good attendance and work ethic, Good customer service skills, Willing to do whatever duties arise. Reliable trustworthy, flexible and good attitude.
Knowledge of WebAdvisor, Moodle, and Titan Email.
