Winning performance will be achieved when the all the Cognizant teams are aligned to the client’s business model, leveraging each other’s strengths, and focused on client value.The individual will proactively position, Cognizant services against CxO-level executives’ most pressing business issues. Engineer unique experiences with clients that foster a trusted advisor’s relationship and nurture and grow talent to become a high performing team. The goal would be achieving the purpose leads to sustained client relationships that deliver market leading growth, strong business mix, and healthy profitability. Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and grow Cognizant’s business in the account 
  • Optimize account P&L, growth, business mix, margin and client experience 
  • Build senior and strategic relationships. A Liaison between Client & Cognizant Management for business executions 
  • Identify new business opportunities; Partner with relevant Cognizant Line of Service teams to identify & position IT / Digital solutions to expand presence with the client 
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day point of contact for the client 
  • Support and drive firm-wide go-to-market initiatives, as required 
  • Measures: 
  • A CP’s shared measures are margin, revenue, client satisfaction, & employee retention. CP role-specific measures are qualified pipeline, quality revenue mix (LoS mix & contract type mix), pipeline outside of IT (non-CIO), and client experience. 
  • Education/Certifications Requirements: 
  • IT related field of studies Bachelor’s degree is preferable 
  • Preferred qualifications: 
  • Prior experience working on sales/revenue driven roles 
  • Strong background on IT consulting roles/positions 
  • Strong domain on driving a wide spectrum of IT offering services 
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, people management, strong advisory capability and impact & influence. 
  • Basic qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in total 
  • Strong domain of a wide spectrum of IT solution services.
